SparklingPanes is an online directory of window cleaning businesses in California. We provide information about businesses sourced primarily from publicly available data, including Google Maps. We are a directory, not a booking platform, staffing agency, or party to any agreement between you and a listed business.

2. No Endorsement

Inclusion in the SparklingPanes directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or vetting of any listed business by SparklingPanes. We do not independently verify licenses, insurance, qualifications, or the accuracy of any business's claims. Ratings and reviews displayed on the Site are sourced from third-party platforms (primarily Google) and are not created or verified by us.

3. Listing Accuracy

Business information on the Site — including name, address, phone number, hours of operation, and services offered — is sourced from publicly available data and may not be current. SparklingPanes makes no warranty that listing information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Always confirm details directly with the business before booking.

4. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through the Site sends your contact information and job details to the selected business. This is not a booking, contract, or commitment by either party. SparklingPanes is not responsible for whether a business responds, provides a quote, or performs services to your satisfaction. Any agreement you reach with a business is solely between you and that business.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, written content, and compiled directory data are the property of SparklingPanes and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Individual business names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. SparklingPanes does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparklingPanes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including any reliance on listing information, any quote request submission, or any transaction between you and a listed business. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site shall not exceed $100.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including individual business websites. These links are provided for convenience only. SparklingPanes has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
